This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. It is evident that this chain does an excellent job in training staff to meet the needs of its clientele. The room was very comfortable with everything in great working order. The facilities were excellent and the vibe was very relaxed. There is tonnes to do on Koh Chang, and the hotel was very helpful in getting me a rental car at a very good rate. I would highly recommend the Dinso as a great place to stay and excellent value for the money. As a side note, the food and service in the restaurant each day was nothing short of excellent.

Staff in reception are not very friendly. Friendly bar staff but takes ages to get served

Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious and you can rent kayaks. Or enjoy a little live music at slowbar with Top the bartender. Our overall stay in Koh Kood was amazing. Will definitely visit again soon. ☺️
